On a Student Visa, You Can:

The Student Visa enables you to pursue both short-term and long-term courses in Australia, providing you with the opportunity to earn an internationally recognized Australian qualification. Australia’s education system is renowned for its excellence, offering high-quality learning experiences and globally respected qualifications. Studying in Australia can equip you with the skills and credentials needed to advance your career and achieve your professional goals anywhere in the world.

The Student Visa provides an excellent opportunity to extend your stay in Australia while pursuing your studies. It allows you to live in Australia for the duration of your course, whether short-term or long-term. Additionally, you can travel in and out of Australia as many times as needed throughout your study period.

The Student Visa generally permits you to work up to 48 hours per fortnight (two weeks) while your course is in session. During scheduled holidays and breaks, you can work unlimited hours. If you are enrolled in a master's by research or a higher qualification, you may be eligible to work full-time for the duration of your course.

The Student Visa allows you to include eligible family members, such as your spouse, de facto partner, and children, either at the time of application or after your visa has been granted. Your spouse or partner will also receive similar work rights as you under the student visa, enabling them to work while you study in Australia.

There is no limit to the number of eligible courses you can study in Australia. However, repeatedly applying for Student Visa extensions may affect the strength of your Genuine Student Statement. To avoid complications, it is important to choose your courses strategically. In many cases, you can enroll in course packages that combine multiple courses under a single Student Visa application, allowing you to extend your study period in Australia smoothly. If you're considering extending your Student Visa, feel free to contact LEO Education for expert guidance.
